The location was just perfect. 5 mins walk to the river, 5 mins to the Mall and loads of great eateries 2 minutes to the casino The sleep quality was the best, comfortable beds, block out curtains and sound proofing that really worked
The room service was disappointing, you actually had to go downstairs and collect your meal from reception where it was packaged in plastic containers

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very clean, and the view from our window was awesome. Looked onto the park and across the river to the wheel.

Issue with the air conditioning - when on high, it made a rattling noise. We had to have it on the lowest setting the entire time
